I’m building a complete digital layer for my EV charge-point-operator business in Pune and need a unified solution that runs smoothly on the web, iOS, and Android. The core of the project is a customer-facing platform where users can scan a QR Code or download the app as needed, without creating an account. The app should integrate with Google Maps to locate a charger in real time, reserve a slot, pay seamlessly, and receive live session updates.
Key modules I expect to see working end-to-end:
• Real-time booking engine tied to charger availability (OCPP compliant data feed)
• Integrated payment gateway that supports UPI, cards, and wallets
• AI-driven recommendation layer for charger choice and dynamic pricing

Both the responsive web portal and the native (or high-quality cross-platform) mobile apps should share a common backend, making maintenance easy and reports unified. Clean, documented APIs are essential; I want the freedom to plug in energy-management services later without refactoring.
