1. About C-Coach
C-Coach is a Human Capability System — a B2B product used by service-led organisations (retail, professional services, regulated environments) to make the human layer of performance visible, prioritised and developable.
The website is the primary commercial touchpoint. Its job is to orient senior leaders, build credibility, and invite a first conversation — not sell directly.
The tone is authoritative, calm and precise. This is not a startup landing page. It sits closer to a premium consulting or infrastructure firm.

2. What You Will Receive
You will be provided with:
• A fully built, approved HTML prototype — this defines the visual design, typography, colour system, and homepage layout. It is not a rough wireframe; it is the locked reference.
• All confirmed copy for the homepage and supporting pages.
• Brand assets (logo, colour palette, font specifications — Lato + Nunito).
• The full website page structure and content depth mapping (see Section 3).

The visual design is settled. Your job is to build it — not redesign it.
Any proposed refinements to interaction or mobile responsiveness are welcome as suggestions, but should be flagged before work begins — not introduced unilaterally.

Signature Visual Element: The Spine
The homepage features an animated vertical 'spine' on the right column — a scroll-driven SVG animation with convergent strands that form a line, with halo indicators at each section. This is a key brand differentiator and must be faithfully reproduced.
The behaviour is fully coded in the HTML prototype. The builder should replicate the interaction logic on the live platform.
If the chosen platform cannot support this interaction natively, the approach should be flagged before the project starts, with a proposed alternative.

5. Platform — Framer or WordPress
We are open to proposals on both platforms. Our preference is Framer, but we want to make an informed decision. Please read the context below and submit your proposal accordingly.

Why We Prefer Framer
• The visual design is scroll-driven, animation-heavy and typographically precise — this is Framer's native strength
• Performance and clean output matter for a premium B2B brand
• Framer's built-in hosting, CMS and update workflow reduce long-term maintenance overhead
• No plugin dependencies or security update burden

When We Would Accept a WordPress Proposal
• The bidder has a compelling reason why WordPress better serves this specific brief
• The proposal includes a named theme/builder approach and shows how the spine animation and design fidelity will be maintained
• The total cost of build + 12-month hosting + maintenance is clearly itemised

What We Ask of All Bidders
• State your recommended platform and give a brief reason
• Confirm whether the spine animation and homepage design can be replicated faithfully
• Provide a fixed-price quote (or clear milestone breakdown)
• Provide your estimated timeline from brief acceptance to live site
• Include 2–3 examples of comparable work

We are not looking for the cheapest build. We are looking for the right build, done once.

6. Success Criteria
The build will be considered complete when all of the following are true:

Design Fidelity
• Homepage matches the approved HTML prototype visually — layout, spacing, typography, colour, and section structure
• The spine animation replicates the scroll-driven behaviour in the prototype
• All other pages follow the same design system consistently

Content
• All confirmed copy is in place, correctly formatted, across all pages
• No placeholder text anywhere on the live site
• CTAs link to the correct pages or contact form

Responsiveness
• Site renders correctly on desktop, tablet and mobile
• Navigation collapses appropriately on mobile
• The spine animation degrades gracefully on mobile (static fallback acceptable if flagged)

Performance
• Google PageSpeed score of 85+ on desktop
• Core Web Vitals pass (LCP, CLS, FID)
• All images appropriately compressed and optimised

Technical
• Contact form functional and tested
• Basic SEO structure in place (meta titles, descriptions, canonical tags, sitemap)
• SSL / HTTPS active
• Analytics connection point in place (Google Analytics or equivalent — we will configure)

Handover
• Full ownership transferred — domain, hosting credentials, CMS access
• Brief walkthrough provided showing how to edit copy and add pages
• 30-day post-launch support window for fixes and adjustments

7. What We Are Not Asking For
• A redesign — the design is approved and locked
• SEO copywriting — all copy is provided
• Logo or brand design — brand assets are finalised
• Social media integration (beyond optional share links)
• E-commerce or payment processing
• A complex blog or content management system — the site is primarily static with a small number of managed pages

8. How to Apply
Please submit a proposal that includes:
1. Your recommended platform (Framer or WordPress) with a one-paragraph rationale
2. Confirmation that you can replicate the homepage design and spine animation faithfully
3. A fixed price or clear milestone breakdown
4. Estimated timeline from brief acceptance to live
5. 2–3 examples of comparable work (B2B, similar visual quality)
6. Any questions or flags before you begin

Generic proposals without portfolio examples will not be considered.
