Business Website Build & Updates

I’m looking for a web-developer who can both create a small, professional business site from scratch and fine-tune a few existing pages I already have online. The core of the job is straightforward:

• New build: a clean, responsive business website that presents our services, contact details, and a simple call-to-action form. HTML, CSS and vanilla JavaScript are fine, but I’m open to a lightweight framework if it speeds things up.

• Updates: refine layout, fix any styling inconsistencies and add a couple of interactive elements on the current pages so everything feels cohesive with the new site.

Clear communication, careful attention to detail and on-time delivery matter more to me than an elaborate tech stack. If you spot a smarter way to achieve the same result, let me know—I'm happy to learn new tools if it benefits the project. Once everything is in place, just hand over the files and any brief notes on how to tweak text or images in the future.
