Business Portfolio Website Build -- 2

I need a developer to create a brand-new website that presents my company’s work in a polished, professional way. The site’s sole focus is to operate as a business portfolio—no e-commerce, no news hub—just a clean, engaging showcase of past projects and capabilities.

What I expect
• A modern, responsive design that looks equally sharp on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• A clear structure for key pages: Home, About, Portfolio/Projects, Services, and Contact.
• An intuitive content-management setup (WordPress, Webflow, or a similarly user-friendly CMS) so I can add or update case studies without touching code.
• Fast loading times and basic on-page SEO best practices baked in.
• A contact form wired up to my business email, plus links to social profiles.

Acceptance criteria
1. Every listed page loads without layout issues on the latest Chrome, Safari, and Edge browsers.
2. I can log in, create a new portfolio item, assign it images/text/tags, and see it appear instantly on the live site.
3. Google PageSpeed Insights scores 85+ on mobile and desktop for initial launch.
4. All copy, images, and icons you add for testing are easy for me to swap out.

Please provide the finished site on my hosting or, if using a builder, transfer ownership to my account, along with a brief video or written guide showing how to update content.
