Business Directory & Submission Form

I need a straightforward business directory built from the ground up. The single must-have feature is a front-end submission form that lets owners add their listings directly. Each listing should capture four core fields—business name, contact details, category, and a brief description—and store them in a clean, searchable database.

I’m flexible on platform as long as the finished directory is easy for me to manage and can scale later if I decide to bolt on search, filters, or user reviews. A simple, modern UI, responsive layout, and solid validation on the form are essential.

Deliverable: a fully functional directory site (or plugin/module) installed on my hosting, ready for businesses to submit listings right away.
