Bus Ticketing E-commerce Site

I need a clean, responsive website whose core job is simple: sell bus tickets online. The booking flow must feel as smooth on mobile as it does on desktop, guiding the user from route selection straight through to payment without friction.

Key functions to build
• Real-time online ticket booking with seat selection and instant confirmation.
• Interactive bus route maps so passengers can visualise the journey before purchase.
• Embedded live-chat or messaging widget for quick customer support.

Payments
At checkout the site must securely process credit and debit cards and allow direct bank transfer. If you can architect it so that digital wallets could be plugged in later, even better, but they are not part of the first release.

Tech preferences
I am platform-agnostic as long as the stack is modern, fast and easy to maintain. You are free to propose React, Vue, Laravel, Node, Django—or a framework you know will scale—just justify the choice and ensure PCI-compliant handling of card data.

Deliverables
1. Fully functional production site hosted on my domain.
2. Admin panel to manage routes, prices, seats and view sales.
3. Source code in a Git repository with setup instructions.
4. A brief handover session (video call or recorded walkthrough).

Acceptance criteria
• User completes a booking from homepage to confirmation in under two minutes on 4G mobile.
• Route map renders correctly across the latest two versions of Chrome, Safari and Edge.
• Payment gateway passes at least one successful card and one bank-transfer test transaction.
• No critical issues in Lighthouse accessibility and performance reports (score ≥ 90).
