Bulk HTML-to-WordPress Migration

I have about 160 standalone HTML pages currently sitting on my WordPress-hosted domain. I want them turned into standard WordPress posts in one smooth batch while protecting every SEO signal those pages already earn.

Here is the approach I’d like you to follow:

• Method: Use the Spreadsheet Converter Path.
• Tool of choice: WP All Import.
• SEO continuity: either keep the original URLs intact or apply 301 redirects so nothing breaks.
• Media: every image source link that exists now must stay exactly the same after import.

What I still need to prepare is the master spreadsheet that pairs each current HTML URL with its future post slug, title, and content fields. If you can pull those URLs automatically or advise on the quickest way to gather them, that’s a plus.

Deliverables
1. A clean CSV/XLS ready for WP All Import, containing all 160 pages with the required columns.
2. A fully executed import into WordPress, creating new posts that replicate the existing content and imagery.
3. URL preservation or properly configured 301 redirects, verified and tested.
4. A quick walk-through or short written hand-off so I can repeat the process for future pages if needed.

Accuracy and uptime matter more than speed, but once the spreadsheet is polished, the actual import should be fast. Let me know your experience with WP All Import, any automation you can bring to the spreadsheet build, and an estimated timeline to get it wrapped up.
