I’m looking to hire a highly experienced WordPress developer to build a modern, dynamic, and visually engaging website for my real estate business.

Smooth animations and interactive elements (JS-based micro-interactions)
Creative but lightweight effects — no heavy, slow themes or plugins
Hints of motion similar to examples above, but not overwhelming
Consistent branding and polished visual identity
2. WordPress Structure
Fully built on WordPress (no hard-coded solutions)
Easy for me to edit content in the future
Organized backend and clean structure
Custom post types if needed (projects, team, services, etc.)
Compatible with Elementor OR pure block editor — open to suggestions
3. Page Speed & Optimization (VERY IMPORTANT)
The website must be fast.
The current website is slow, and I want to fully avoid that.
What I need:
Google PageSpeed optimization (mobile + desktop)
Minified JS/CSS
Optimized images
Lazy loading
Lightweight theme or custom build
No unnecessary plugins
4. SEO Requirements
Insert proper meta titles, descriptions, and keywords
