Build an AI-powered tool to read documents, report generation + scaled plan drawings for houses, building etc.

1. AI Document Generator
◦ Generate basic Design & Access Statements and Heritage Statements using prompts + form inputs
◦ Ideally using OpenAI / LLMs trained with our document templates
2. Scaled Drawing Generator (2D)
◦ User inputs dimensions with pictures or sketch with details → converts into PDF-scaled architectural drawings
◦ Optional: Export DWG or image overlay
3. Viability Checker Module (Simple Logic)
◦ Take project inputs (site size, unit type) → output a high-level financial/viability summary
4. Submission Pack Validator (Checklist-Based)
◦ Upload planning pack → tool checks for key components (plans, DAS, policy compliance etc and validation requirement)
5. Simple User Dashboard
◦ Create, edit, and download projects
◦ Login/register + file history view
Tech Stack (Preferred but Flexible):
• Frontend: React / Vue / Next.js
• Backend: Node.js / Django / Flask
• AI Integration: OpenAI API / LangChain / Similar
• Drawing: Canvas libraries, Vector.js, AutoCAD API, or equivalent
• Hosting: AWS / Vercel / Firebase
Deliverables:
• Web app (login, 3–4 core tools, file export)
• Admin backend for managing templates
• API integrations (e.g. for OpenAI, address lookup, PDF export)
• Clean and scalable codebase
Timeline:
• Product delivery: can be discussed
• Weekly or as and when needed demos or progress calls
Required Experience:
• Proven experience with SaaS or AI integrations
• Experience with document templating and form builders
• Familiarity with planning, architecture, or construction tech
