Build a fully functional analytics web-app based on given prototype
Budget: €2,000 – €15,000 EUR
SPANISH LANGUAGE is essential to understand and execute this project, because the UI is in Spanish and you will need to understand what you're coding.
We have created a concept software for businesses to be able to measure multiple values instead of the standard economic ones. This means that buisnesses that use this software will not only be measuring their economic performance, but also how good they are doing with the environment, with their local impact, their brand's valuation, the improvement of their team or the volume of projects they're working on.
We own copyright of the idea, design, wording (copywriting), registered brand name and prototype.
Now we'd like to make this software a reality, so we need the full coding made for all of the value indicators, not only the sample ones that appear as screens in the prototype, but all the others that you see there which are not clickable yet.

In the prototype there are some of the tooltips that you will easily see must only appear in this demo and not in the software you will be coding (if you fully understand Spanish, this will be totally obvious when reading the tooltips).
The prototype source file will be provided once the project has been awarded and is in Adobe xD format. It does not contain any other screens besides all what appears in the demo view.
We need both the front end and the back end of the project to be made (you must provide us with anything necessary for this to be fully functional based on the design provided).
We must have an admin panel where we can log in with admin role and create new users (the design for this is not provided and you must simply make something similar to the style of the prototype provided –we won't be picky about this because we're more worried about the user's front end to be spot on).
The first time a new user acceses the system, they'll have to provide some data in several steps as per the prototype and then in future logins they will go directly to the dashboard, where they can add more data / datasources and view their progress.
All sections of the dashboard / web-app need to be coded so that the user can connect at least one data source for each of the value axes. This generally means that for some of the values the user will have to provide their login credentials for a chosen software so the web-app can connect to an API and import certain data; in other cases, they can import a CSV / Excel file; and in others, simply add some data manually.
After complete viewing of the demo prototype in the link provided this will be clear because there are examples of each of these types of data collection. So please navigate the entire prototype before asking any questions.
We have no preference as to which technology to use, although we would probably prefer a solution based on React.js or even something on a PHP framework. Either way, we would like to hear which technologies/stacks you think are more suitable for the needs of this projec and why.
