We are looking for a freelancer to build a simple, professional private reseller order request page and an auto-generated PDF summary workflow for B2B software sales.
The page will not be public-facing. It will be shared directly with authorized resellers and used to streamline procurement requests. The goal is to make it easy for a reseller representative to submit customer and opportunity details, request supporting documents, and immediately receive a clean PDF summary of the submission.
Scope of work:
Build a private web form with a clean, enterprise-style layout. The form should collect reseller information, customer information, opportunity details, requested documents, and additional notes. One required field should be Opportunity Type, with options such as Procurement-only, Assisted, and Partner-sourced.
After submission, the system should auto-generate a branded but minimal Request Summary PDF that includes the submitted details in a clear, structured format. This PDF is not an invoice or final quote, so it should include a short disclaimer noting that it is a request summary only.
Functional requirements:
Private or unlisted page
Clean, professional form UI
Standard field validation
Confirmation message after submission
Auto-generated PDF download after submission
Email notification to internal team with submission details
Ability to include hidden/internal tracking fields such as request ID and timestamp
Mobile-friendly layout
Easy for us to update form fields later

Strong UI sense for clean enterprise-style interfaces
Ability to recommend a lightweight, maintainable implementation
