Build a Website like CoinHunt

Hey,

I am looking for a web development agency that can build me a website like ww.coinhunt.cc Design can be exactly similar and same goes for the functionality.

It should be able to:
- Add New Coins to website (www.coinhunt.cc/coinForm)
- Show Listed Coins on Home Page (www.coinhunt.cc)
- Coin Details Page (coinhunt.cc/coin/1613822215)
- Able to upvote entries in the home page
- Google Captcha or other service to prevent fake upvotes
- Dark Mode/ Light Mode
- Newsletter subscription for users filling form

Technology to use:
- React JS
- VueJS

No PHP/Python or Wordpress.

I have a good budget but the time is the main priority here.
