Build Web Property Management App

Looking for a Developer to Build a Property Management System (Web-Based SaaS)



I’m looking for a skilled full stack developer or small team to help me build a web based Property Management Software.

I’ve seen platforms like Bomahut and NyumbaZetu, and I’d like to build something in that space but simpler, cleaner, and more user friendly.

This will be a SaaS product aimed at landlords and property managers mainly here in Kenya at first.

What the system should do (MVP first)

To start, I want the core features:

Tenant registration & profiles

Rent tracking

Automated invoices

Payment integration (Mobile Money / Bank / Card)

Maintenance request tracking

Basic reporting dashboard

SMS and email notifications

Different roles (Admin, Landlord, Tenant, Caretaker)

The goal is to launch a solid MVP first, then expand.

Tech Stack

I’m open to your recommendations, but ideally something modern and scalable like:

React / Next.js / Vue (frontend)

Node.js / Django / Laravel (backend)

PostgreSQL / MySQL

Cloud deployment (AWS / DigitalOcean / Azure)

If you suggest something different, explai why.
