Build a Web App that can search best selling products on a Marketplace

Hi, I would like to know if you can build a web app that can collect data from a Marketplace. For example, collecting data from Amazon on the best selling products, number of reviews on a product, the best price, etc, and then present that data on our website to our subscribers.
