Build Web App: Auth & Payments

I need a modern, fast, and responsive web application that will serve as the foundation for a larger business platform. The first milestone is to implement three core features: secure user authentication, real-time notifications, and a seamless payment integration.

I do not have a fixed tech stack in mind yet, so feel free to recommend MERN, MEAN, LAMP, or any other stack you believe best satisfies speed, scalability, and long-term maintainability. Likewise, if you already have a design approach in mind, let me know—otherwise we can collaborate on the UI/UX from scratch or refine an initial draft together.

What matters most is clean, well-documented code, clear communication, and incremental progress updates so I can see each feature come to life. When you deliver, I should be able to:
• register and sign in with full session security;
• receive real-time in-app or push notifications for key events;
• process payments end-to-end in a test mode that can be switched to live.
