• A secure payment gateway (Stripe, PayPal, or a comparable tool) that handles recurring billing with minimal friction.
• An admin dashboard giving me control over plans, pricing tiers, promotions, and member analytics.
• Solid onboarding and retention mechanisms—think email sequences, in-app prompts, or gated premium content—to keep churn low.
• Clean documentation so I can manage day-to-day operations without relying on constant developer support.
