We are an IT consultancy firm based in Qatar. We need a complete website build including frontend + backend, written website content, a secure admin/CRM backend, and an AI chat assistant trained on our services.
This is a full, end-to-end delivery project. You will handle design, development, content writing, deployment, and handover.

2) Backend + Admin Panel
Full backend to manage site content (CMS features)
Admin panel with role-based access (admin + editor)
3) Built-in CRM (Backend CRM)
We need a CRM system (can be custom or integrated, but must be included in the admin/backend) to manage:
Leads submitted via website forms / chat
Contact details (name, email, phone, company, message, service interest)
Lead status pipeline (New → Contacted → Qualified → Proposal → Won/Lost)
Notes + follow-up reminders
Email notifications to our team when a lead comes in
Export capability (CSV/Excel)
Basic reporting/dashboard (lead counts, status breakdown)
4) Website Content Writing (Required)
You will write the full website content professionally in English (clear, business tone).
Service descriptions must be high-quality and persuasive
Content must be original (no copy-paste)
We will provide the service list and company info after hiring
Include SEO-friendly headings and structure
5) AI Chat Assistant (Required)
We need an AI chat assistant embedded on the site that:
Is trained/primed on our services, service FAQs, and company information
Helps visitors understand what we offer and guides them to the right service
Can capture lead details (name/email/phone/company) and push into CRM
Has guardrails (no harmful outputs, no hallucinated promises)
Admin interface to update knowledge base/FAQs over time
Should be fast and stable (not a “toy bot”)
(You can propose the best approach: OpenAI-based, RAG with knowledge base, or other reliable solution.)
6) Domain + Hosting + Business Email (Required in Quote)
Your price must include:
1-year domain registration
1-year hosting
3 professional email accounts on the domain (e.g., info@, sales@, support@)
Email must have a clean interface (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho, or equivalent)
Setup + configuration included (SPF/DKIM/DMARC properly configured for deliverability)
7) Security Requirements (Very Important)
Security is a priority. Please explain your security approach. Minimum expectations:
HTTPS/SSL + secure server configuration
OWASP Top 10 protections
Input validation + sanitization for all forms and chat
Rate limiting + bot protection
Admin login security (2FA preferred)
Secure password storage + session management
Regular dependency updates
Daily/weekly backup plan (automated)
Basic WAF/Firewall protection (recommended)
Audit checklist before launch
