Build School Club Management Portal

I need a modern, clean web application that lets our school run every club from a single dashboard. The site must include a full-featured database backend so data stays centralised, secure and easy to query.

Core functionality
• Member registration & management: students should be able to sign up, edit their profiles and be assigned roles (president, treasurer, etc.).
• Event scheduling & management: club officers create events, set capacity limits, track RSVPs and export attendance lists.
• Communication & notifications: automated email or in-app alerts for new events, meeting changes and deadline reminders.

Design & UX
The interface must follow a modern, uncluttered style that feels intuitive to teenagers and staff alike—think responsive layouts, clear typography and a consistent colour palette that can be adjusted to match school colours later.

Technical notes
A relational database (MySQL, PostgreSQL or similar) should power the system. Please factor in role-based access control, secure login, and clean RESTful endpoints so future mobile apps can hook in without refactoring.

Timeline
The project is time-sensitive; an initial, workable MVP should be in place as soon as possible, with polishing and testing to follow immediately after.

Deliverables
1. Source code and database schema
2. Deployed demo on a temporary server for review
3. Installation/hosting guide and brief documentation
