We already have a demo mock-up (HTML drag & drop file) that clearly shows the user flow and dashboard layouts. Your role is to turn this into a fully functional, scalable web + mobile app.
Core Features Needed:

Dashboard: Easy-to-use landlord portal + contractor portal.
Job Management: Tenants report jobs → contractors accept → landlords approve.
