Build Professional Web Dashboard & Sync with Existing Python Telegram Bot (CPA Network Integration)

Overview: fixed budget $50 to $70
I have a fully functional, professionally built Python-based Telegram Bot (Video demo available). I am now looking for a developer to build a Professional Web Dashboard that shares the same "brain" (Firebase Database) as the bot. The dashboard must be high-end, clean, and reflect real-time data from the bot and vice-versa.
Scope of Work:
Web Dashboard Development: Build a clean, professional web dashboard (Node.js or Python Flask/Django preferred). It must connect seamlessly with my existing Firebase database.
Real-Time Data Sync: The bot and dashboard must be perfectly synced. If a user earns coins on the dashboard, it must instantly reflect in the Telegram bot interface.
CPA Network Integration (S2S): Integrate Offerwalls and Postbacks for: AdGate Media, AdGem, Monlix, Ayet-Studios, Zeydoo, and CPX Research. It should handle thousands of games/tasks smoothly.
Phase 1 - Dummy Setup for Approval (Mandatory): The first task after awarding is to create a high-quality "Dummy" version of the dashboard. I have a design video available; the dummy must look exactly like the video so I can get account approvals from the CPA networks.
Hosting & Security: The project is hosted on Railway.app (Domain/Service active). You must implement Proxy/VPN detection (API keys will be provided).

Database: Firebase Console.
Hosting: Railway.app.

Special Instructions for Bidders:
I am looking for a developer who can handle the "Account Approval" phase first.
Bidders must be ready to answer technical questions about real-time syncing and S2S postbacks.
