Build Parcel Bridge Logistics Platform
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I’m ready to turn the idea of “Parcel Bridge” into a working product that lets everyday railway passengers safely carry parcels for individual senders. The core concept is simple: a sender enters the pickup station, destination station, parcel details (mostly documents, electronics and groceries in our early use-cases), and the system matches that request with a verified traveller already holding a valid PNR.
Here’s what I need built and handed over:
• Customer web / mobile interface where individuals can list a parcel, see matching carriers and confirm a booking.
• Carrier interface that accepts a PNR, runs Aadhaar / government-ID checks and then lists the trip so it can receive parcel offers.
• Matching logic that pairs sender requests with available trips based on station, departure time and parcel constraints (weight, dimensions).
• Status and communications module covering in-app chat, push / SMS alerts and proof-of-delivery capture.
• Secure payment flow: escrow on booking, release on confirmed delivery, with commission automatically deducted.
• Admin dashboard for dispute resolution, KYC review and basic analytics.
• Integration with Indian Railways’ PNR API (or reliable third-party service) for real-time status validation.
• Documentation and deploy scripts so I can host the stack on my own AWS or similar.
Acceptance is straightforward: I can list a parcel from one station, a test traveller with a valid PNR sees and accepts it, payment is processed, and the parcel status progresses right through to delivery confirmation.
I’m open on the exact tech stack—React / Flutter on the front end and Node, Django or similar on the back-end all work for me—so long as the final product is cleanly coded, well-tested and scalable. If this excites you and you have prior marketplace or logistics experience, let’s get started.
