Build Orlando Classifieds Website

I own the domain sandbox-us.com and need a full, ready-to-launch classifieds platform centred on the Orlando market. The site will carry free listings across five core categories—For Sale, Gigs, Housing, Jobs and Services—displayed in a clean, mobile-first interface.

Core flow
• Visitors choose a category, select a neighbourhood (College Park, Baldwin Park, Downtown, Thornton Park, Metrowest, Dr. Phillips, Lake Nona or UCF) and see the latest posts.
• A simple “Post an Ad” form captures Date, Title and an optional Salary/Price field.
• Listings stay live for exactly 90 days, then auto-expire so the board stays fresh.
• Admin dashboard lets me review, edit, delete or feature any ad, as well as add new neighbourhoods or categories in the future.

Tech flexibility
I’m happy with a proven WordPress stack (ClassiPress, HivePress, similar), a Laravel build or another framework you prefer, provided it is secure, easy for me to manage and can scale as traffic grows.
