Build My New Online Store

I’m a student about to launch my first e-commerce venture, and I need a developer who can take me all the way from a blank page to a live, fully functional online store. The project is a fresh build—no existing codebase—so you’ll have complete freedom to choose the stack you know best, whether that’s Shopify, WooCommerce, Laravel, Next.js with a headless setup, or another modern approach. What matters most to me is a clean, professional design, smooth checkout flow, and a site I can maintain on my own once it’s delivered.

Scope of work
• Design and develop every core page: home, product listings, product detail, cart, checkout, and customer account
• Integrate secure payment gateways (credit card, PayPal, or relevant local options)
• Configure inventory, shipping, and tax settings so they’re ready for launch
• Ensure responsive design and basic on-page SEO best practices
• Provide a brief hand-off session so I know how to add new products, track orders, and run promotions

Acceptance criteria
• Mobile-friendly across the latest iOS and Android devices
• Page load times under three seconds on GTmetrix for key pages
• No critical errors in the browser console or server logs
• Deployed on my hosting environment and fully tested before final sign-off
