Build Modern Minimalist E-Store

I’m setting up a new online shop for physical goods and need a full-featured, modern-looking storefront built from the ground up. The visual direction is firmly modern and minimalist—clean lines, plenty of white space, typography doing most of the talking, and a friction-free user journey across desktop and mobile.

Essentials I must see on launch:
• Shopping cart flow that feels lightweight yet robust, with real-time item and total updates
• Product pages that support star ratings and text reviews (moderation controls included)
• Secure payment gateway integration—Stripe, PayPal or a comparable option—with order confirmation emails automatically triggered

Beyond those must-haves, the codebase should be SEO-friendly, load quickly, and allow me to add new SKUs or tweak copy without touching source files (a simple admin panel or CMS plug-in is fine). Deliver the finished site, all source files, and a brief hand-off guide so I can manage day-to-day operations confidently once it goes live.
