Build a Modern Marketplace Web Application

I plan to launch a modern, web-based marketplace inspired by Itemku and I’m ready to commission its end-to-end development. The application must look and feel great on every screen size (mobile-first, fully responsive) and ship as a Progressive Web App so users can install it on their devices.

Core scope
• Web platform only for this first release
• Priority features: secure user registration / login, real-time buyer–seller chat, and full PWA capabilities
• Essential commerce flow: product listing and search, shopping cart and checkout, QRIS payment integration, order management, buyer & seller dashboards, notification system, and an admin console for moderation and analytics
• Architecture must be high-performance, scalable, and secured with best-practice authentication

Tech preference
React or Next.js with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS for styling, Node.js back-end, and either Firebase or Supabase for data, auth, and real-time updates. I’m open to nuances in the stack if you can justify clear benefits.

Deliverables
1. Complete source code in a private repo
2. Deployed production build (you may use Vercel, Netlify, or a cloud VPS)
3. Step-by-step deployment / environment documentation
4. Handover session and two weeks of post-launch support

What to include in your proposal
• Relevant marketplace or real-time web app portfolio links
• High-level solution outline with the tools you’ll use
• Estimated timeline with major milestones
• Fixed price for the whole project (broken down by milestone if useful)
