Build Lead-Generation Repair Network Website

I’m hiring an experienced web developer or small team to build LocalRepairNetwork.com, a public-facing directory and lead-generation website focused on local repair industries — computer, appliance, HVAC, auto, phone, electrical, and more.

The platform should allow homeowners and small businesses to find trusted repair professionals in their city, while each service provider receives exclusive leads for their area (one verified provider per category per city).

This project will integrate or share infrastructure with my other platform, Reshuffle.com, which handles the backend multi-tenant SEO and lead routing system.

Scope of Work
1. Front-End Directory Website

Build a modern, mobile-first directory with city and category navigation.

Structure examples:

localrepairnetwork.com/michigan/jackson/computer-repair

localrepairnetwork.com/michigan/chelsea/appliance-repair

Each page should include:

Localized SEO content (auto-generated from a database).

Lead form (“Request Service”) and click-to-call buttons.

Dynamic provider details (if verified provider exists).

Schema markup (LocalBusiness, FAQ, Review).

2. Lead-Generation Integration

Form submissions go to Zoho CRM or Reshuffle.com API for routing.

Twilio integration for unique call/SMS tracking numbers per city/provider.

Optional: call recording, lead scoring, and analytics dashboard.

3. Admin Portal or CMS

Add/edit cities, categories, and providers.

Manage exclusive provider assignments (one per city per category).

View lead metrics and activity logs.

4. SEO & Technical Structure

City- and service-optimized URLs.

XML sitemaps, canonical tags, and Open Graph data.

Internal linking between categories and nearby cities.

Fast load speeds and clean HTML hierarchy for Google indexing.
