I need a developer to build a simple job application system.

**Requirements:**

* Fields:

* Job Position (optional)
* When a user submits the form:

1. Save the application data to a database (MySQL preferred).
2. Instantly trigger a WhatsApp notification to the applicant using the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API.
* Use secure server-side integration (PHP or Node.js).
* API credentials must be stored securely (environment variables), not exposed in frontend code.
* Proper input validation and error handling.
* Clean, well-documented code.

**Deliverables:**
