Build Interest Group Social Network

I’m creating Shakke shakks, a focused social networking site where members of niche or hobby‐based communities can connect without the clutter of mainstream platforms. The very first release must centre on a smooth, real-time messaging experience—one-to-one and small group chat—because conversation is the heartbeat of these interest circles.

Here’s what I need from you:

• A fully functional, responsive web application that lets users register, create a profile stub, search or invite others, and exchange messages instantly.
• A lightweight, intuitive UI that keeps the spotlight on chat rather than endless feeds.
• A scalable back-end (tech stack is flexible) that supports WebSocket-style real-time delivery, secure authentication, and basic moderation hooks.
• Clean, well-documented code and deployment instructions so future features—content sharing, expanded profiles, topic feeds—can be layered on without rework.

Acceptance criteria will be simple: the system installs cleanly on my test server, new users can sign up, find each other, and chat in real time with messages delivered in under two seconds on a normal connection.
