Build Interactive AI Story-Mapping Application

Task Description: Walk & Wonder - AI-Powered Interactive Storytelling Map

Project Overview

We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer (or team) to build a dynamic, mobile-responsive web application called "Walk & Wonder". This project combines interactive mapping with AI-generated storytelling to encourage families to walk and explore their local environment.

Users will be able to drop pins (POIs) on a map, add short personal descriptions, and set parameters (age group, genre, language, walk duration). Based on these inputs, an AI (e.g., OpenAI API, Claude, or Gemini) will generate a personalized story and a safe walking route connecting the points.

The project requires a modular approach, as we want to price and develop features iteratively.
