Build Hotel Operations Web App

I already have the core files and part of the front-end for a hotel operations web application. What I need now is a developer or team who can turn that skeleton into a fully functional, production-ready platform that talks seamlessly to our Sorraso POS.

Scope of work
• Make the existing codebase fully operational and responsive across desktop, tablet and mobile.
• Hook the application to the Sorraso POS API so that sales, payments and inventory stay in sync in real time.
• Add the new modules and features we planned:
– Automated task creation with interactive dashboards.
– AI-driven workflow to forecast stock levels, flag low inventory and analyse sales trends.
– Two-way connection with WhatsApp and Line so any photo or chat message can instantly become a tracked task.
• Ensure the platform supports every department we run: Housekeeping & Engineering, Front Office & Stock, and Accounting & Purchasing—all under a single login.
• Keep the interface simple enough for non-technical staff yet robust enough for management to pull custom reports.

Deliverables
1. A live, secure web application deployed on our server/domain.
2. Documented REST (or GraphQL) endpoints for the POS and messaging integrations.
3. Admin guide and brief user manual for each department.
4. Handover of source code in a Git repository.
