Build Home Cleaning Marketplace

I want to launch an online marketplace focused solely on house-cleaning home services. The platform should let homeowners browse local cleaners, compare prices and reviews, book a slot, and pay securely online.

Core flow
• Customer browses available house cleaners by location and date.
• Cleaner receives booking request, accepts or declines, and sees it added to a calendar.
• Once the job is completed, the customer confirms and leaves a rating; funds are then released to the cleaner’s wallet.

Key needs
• Clean, responsive web UI (desktop & mobile) with straightforward onboarding for customers and cleaners.
• Admin dashboard where I can verify providers, manage disputes, adjust commissions, run promotions, and pull reports.
• Secure payment integration with split-payment capability so platform fees are held automatically.
• Real-time notifications (email + push preferred) for new bookings and status changes.
• Basic CMS pages (FAQ, Terms, Privacy) editable from the admin panel.

Tech preferences
I’m flexible on stack, but please outline the framework (e.g., Laravel, Django, Node), database, and any third-party services you plan to use for payments, maps, and notifications.

Acceptance criteria
1. A live, SSL-secured site deployed to my chosen host.
2. Source code in a private Git repo with clear README for local setup.
3. Admin credentials and a brief walkthrough video showing the full booking cycle.
