Build FrenzEgo Community Platform
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I’m ready to turn FrenzEgo from concept to reality and need a developer (or small team) who can deliver a seamless experience on both mobile (iOS & Android) and the web. Think of it as a town-by-town blend of Meetup’s event discovery and WhatsApp-style group conversations, but with true community ownership baked in.
Core experience
• A shared code-base that powers a responsive website plus native or cross-compiled apps.
• Real-time group chat that feels as immediate as WhatsApp.
• Community management dashboards so a single “town admin” can oversee membership, spotlight featured groups and moderate content.
• Event scheduling tied to each group, complete with RSVPs and push/email reminders.
• Open group creation: any authenticated user can spin up and manage their own group within a community.
Key expectations
• Clean, scalable architecture (I’m open to React Native + Firebase/Firestore or your preferred equivalent if you can justify it).
• Intuitive onboarding flow that starts by choosing a town/city, then shows its public groups and upcoming events.
• Solid moderation tools: report/flag content, mute/ban users, assign co-admins.
• Deployment to both app stores and a cloud host for the web portal.
• Handover with full source code, basic tests, and concise setup documentation.
Acceptance criteria
1. Users in two pilot UK towns can register, join or create groups, chat, and schedule events without crashes or noticeable lag.
2. Push notifications arrive for new messages and event reminders on both iOS and Android.
3. Admin dashboard actions (approve group, remove member, delete post) propagate instantly across all platforms.
4. Web and mobile UIs pass accessibility checks (WCAG AA).
If this aligns with your skills and you can outline an achievable timeline, let’s talk through milestones and get FrenzEgo launched.
