Build My Business Website

I’m ready to launch a professional business website from the ground up and need a capable web developer to make it happen. The goal is a clean, modern site that clearly showcases my services, inspires trust, and converts visitors into enquiries.

Scope
• Full-stack website creation: design, front-end, back-end and basic on-page SEO.
• Responsive layout that looks great on desktop, tablet and mobile.
• Intuitive navigation with up to 6 core pages (Home, About, Services, Blog/Resources, Contact, plus a privacy page).
• Easy content management—WordPress, Webflow or a lightweight custom CMS are all acceptable; suggest what suits best and why.
• Contact form with spam protection, clickable phone/email links and Google Maps embed for location.
• Speed-optimised images, minified CSS/JS and caching configured.
• Basic analytics setup (Google Analytics or Plausible).

Deliverables
1. Fully functional live website on my domain and hosting.
2. Admin credentials and hand-over guide (PDF or short Loom video).
3. Source files and licenses for any premium assets you include.

Acceptance Criteria
– Pages load in under 3 seconds on a standard 4G connection (tested via PageSpeed Insights).
– No console errors; passes W3C validator with no critical issues.
– Displays correctly on latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge, plus iOS/Android default browsers.
– All text, buttons and forms are editable through the CMS without touching code.

Timeline
I’d like to see an initial homepage mock-up within the first week and go live within four weeks, though I’m flexible if you outline a solid plan.
