Bubble.io Expert for a Proyect | Spanish

I'm looking for a spanish freelancer who is an expert in No-Code platforms like bubble.io. Bubble.io is a platform that allows you to create web applications without writing code, using a visual drag-and-drop editor and a wide variety of plugins and integrations.
The freelancer I am looking for must have the following skills and knowledge:
- Connect the application with the APIs that are required, whether their own or third parties, to access data, services and external functionalities.
- Create workflows that define the logic and behavior of the application, using conditions, events and actions.
- Make the design responsive for mobile, adapting the user interface to different screen sizes and resolutions, to guarantee an optimal experience for users.
- Add the payments and subscriptions section and configure it, using services such as Stripe or PayPal, to monetize the application and offer differentiated access plans.
The freelancer I am looking for must also have previous experience developing web applications with bubble.io, and be able to show examples of their work. In addition, you must be able to communicate fluently and professionally, meet established deadlines and offer quality service.
