Branded Delivery Slip Generator

I need a straightforward system that automatically produces delivery slips (Bills of Lading) whenever a shipment record is saved. Each slip must clearly show the recipient’s name and address, an itemized description of the goods, plus the scheduled delivery date and time.

Branding is important: the final document should embed my company logo, follow a simple two-colour palette that I’ll provide, and respect a clean, column-based layout I will sketch. The slips will be printed as well as shared digitally, so the generator has to output a high-resolution, print-ready file (PDF or similar) at the click of a button.

Key workflow
• Input form (web or desktop) where staff enter shipment details.
