BookingKoala Cleaning Service Platform

I need my BookingKoala account turned into a polished, client-ready website that can take online bookings for residential cleaning. All bookings will be for home services—specifically standard, deep, or move-out cleaning—so the site should guide visitors smoothly from selecting a package through payment confirmation.

You’ll start with a fresh BookingKoala install that already has my logo, colors, and domain connected; what’s missing is the full customer journey. I want clean page layouts, persuasive copy placeholders, service add-ons set up, automated email/text reminders, and Stripe integrated for payments. The pricing matrix and zip-code checker must work flawlessly, and the calendar needs to respect my team’s availability rules.

Deliverables
• Configure all Cleaning Services in the admin (packages, extras, frequency discounts).
• Build the public-facing pages (Home, Services, Pricing, FAQ, Contact) using BookingKoala’s page builder.
• Set up checkout flow: address capture, date/time picker, secure payment, confirmation page.
• Automate notifications: booking confirmation, upcoming-service reminder, follow-up review request.
• Test end-to-end on desktop and mobile; provide a short video walkthrough showing a successful booking.
