Booking website creation

I need a developer to take my idea for an online-booking site and turn it into a clean, reliable product that can scale with my business. The core requirement is a web application where visitors can browse availability, make a reservation, and receive a confirmation automatically—everything hosted under my own domain.

Key points I already know I’ll need:
• A modern, responsive interface that works just as smoothly on phones as on desktops
• An intuitive back-office dashboard so I can add or update listings, block out dates, and view reservations in real time
• Secure payment processing (credit cards and any major wallets) with receipts issued automatically
• Login/registration for customers so they can view or modify their bookings
• Calendar views that sync accurately with the booking logic to prevent double-entries
