Booking Website for Laundry & Carwash

I operate two busy laundromats alongside a self-service car wash and I need a single website that lets customers reserve machines or wash bays ahead of time. The core of the build is an intuitive booking system that keeps the three locations and their individual time slots in sync and confirms each reservation by email or SMS.

Because payments occasionally go wrong, the site must also give customers an easy way to raise refund requests. I want a simple contact form that routes the message to me immediately and an automated refund workflow that can trigger a partial or full reversal once I approve it.

To keep everything friction-free on mobile as well as desktop, clean responsive design is essential. I’m flexible on the stack—whether you prefer WordPress + WooCommerce bookings, Laravel, or a React front-end with a Node back-end—but the finished site should be fast, secure, and easy for me to update.
