Boat Valeting Website, Booking & CRM
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
My boat valeting & detailing company needs a fresh online hub that feels professional and clean. The core build is straightforward—four main pages (Home, Services, Gallery, Contact/Booking)—but they must be put together with an eye for speed, mobile-first responsiveness, and easy self-management in WordPress or a comparable CMS.
On the Home page I want visitors to see an immediate, concise services overview that leads them deeper into the site. The Services page can expand on packages and pricing, while the Gallery should load quickly and let me swap photos without touching code. The Contact/Booking page has to do more than collect messages: I need full online scheduling with options for customers to book, pay a deposit, and reschedule on their own.
FreshBooks will be the heart of invoicing and CRM, so the site must pass customer data and job details straight into my FreshBooks account automatically. If a proven plugin or API workflow already exists, great—otherwise let me know the simplest custom route.
Ideal deliverables
• Complete, live website with the four pages above
• Embedded booking/rescheduling tool tied to my calendar and FreshBooks payments
• Seamless FreshBooks CRM + invoicing integration (new contacts created, invoices generated on completed bookings)
• Training hand-off: short video or PDF showing me how to add photos, edit text, and pull customer reports
Once everything is live, I’ll run a quick test: a customer books, the appointment shows on my end, an invoice fires from FreshBooks, and I can move or cancel the slot from either side without breaking anything. If that flow works smoothly, we’re done.
Tell me which booking plugin or custom code you’d use, and roughly how long the build and hand-off will take.
