I am looking for a talented and experienced web developer to build a modern, high-end, and "Sophisticated" website for my brand "Blue Baobab". This website has a dual objective:
1. Hospitality: Showcase a premium 1-bedroom apartment located in a residential complex with a pool in Saly, Senegal, to drive direct bookings.
2. E-Commerce: Sell a niche line of natural cosmetic products (Shea Butter).
The goal is to establish an independent brand presence and minimize reliance on third-party platform commissions.
WEBSITE STRUCTURE (Approx. 5 Pages):
1. Homepage: A visual, high-end landing page introducing the "Blue Baobab" ecosystem with two clear calls-to-action: "Stay With Us" (Apartment) and "Shop Our Products" (Shea Butter).
2. Accommodation / Services Page: Presenting the apartment with beautiful photo galleries, premium amenities list, house rules, and the booking system.
3. Online Shop: A clean e-commerce interface to sell shea butter pots (initially 1-3 product variations) with cart and secure checkout.
4. About Us: Telling the story of the brand, its artisan roots, and its connection to Senegal.
5. Contact: A functional contact form, location layout, and customer service details.
TECHNICAL KEY DELIVERABLES:
- Platform: Built on Squarespace (Business Plan) or Wix. Must be 100% mobile-responsive, fast, and optimized for SEO.
- Channel Manager Integration: Set up a full 2-way synchronization for BOTH availability and pricing between this website and Airbnb. You must integrate a dedicated engine/widget like Smoobu or Lodgify (do not use basic iCal, as real-time price syncing is mandatory).
- Multi-Channel Payment Gateway Integration:
1. For International Clients: Setup of Stripe and/or PayPal to accept global credit cards.
2. For West African / Local Clients: Integration of local mobile payment solutions, specifically Wave and Orange Money (via Hub2, PayTech, CinetPay, or similar local aggregators compatible with the CMS).
