Blog Website Development Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m preparing to launch a content-driven blog and require a complete web development build—from initial setup to final deployment. The site has to be responsive, fast, SEO-friendly, and simple for me to update without touching code.
To keep things flexible, I’m happy to consider WordPress, Ghost, a headless CMS, or a lightweight custom solution; bring the option that best fits speed, security, and future scalability. Whichever stack you recommend, please include:
• a clear technical rationale
• an outline of the development timeline and milestones
• details on how you will handle theme styling, plugins/extensions, and any custom features (comments, social sharing, newsletter capture, etc.)
• post-launch support or hand-over documentation so I can maintain the blog confidently
Deliverables I will review against:
1. Fully functional blog loaded on my hosting with SSL configured
2. Responsive design verified on mobile, tablet, and desktop
3. Core on-page SEO settings in place (clean permalinks, meta tags, XML sitemap)
4. Admin credentials and a brief guide covering routine updates and backups
Attach a detailed project proposal that walks through your approach, key tools or frameworks, and examples of similar blogs you’ve shipped. Clarity and specificity here will be the deciding factor.
