Block chrome://crash Redirect

I need a lightweight, Manifest V3-compliant Chrome extension that silently intercepts any attempt to open chrome://crash and reroutes the tab to our homepage (I will supply the exact URL). No banners, alerts or other user-facing messages should appear; the change must feel completely seamless.

Scope of work
• Build and test the extension so that typing, clicking, or programmatic navigation to chrome://crash is consistently blocked and replaced by the homepage URL.
• Keep the codebase clean, well-commented and free of unnecessary files; I will review it before release.
• Package the finished product for private, side-load installation—no Chrome Web Store prep needed.

Deliverables
1. Production-ready extension folder (Manifest V3, JavaScript/TypeScript as you prefer).
2. Complete source code matching the shipped build.
3. Brief README with install steps and a one-line usage note.

Acceptance criteria
– Navigating to chrome://crash always redirects to the homepage.
– No visible message or notification is shown.
– Works on the current stable Chrome release (Windows, macOS, and Linux).

A single milestone of USD 100 will be released once the above points pass my quick screen-share test. If you’ve handled similar URL-blocking or redirect logic in Chrome before, this should be a fast, straightforward task.
