Bilingual WordPress Landing Page for Education Hub (Elementor + Events Calendar)

I am looking for a professional web developer to create a clean, minimalist, 1-page bilingual (Hungarian/Romanian) landing page for "Ponte Studio", a learning and community space. I have the domain, Hostinger hosting, and WordPress with Elementor already installed.
Visual Identity (Brand Guidelines provided):
Primary Color: #154940 (Deep Teal/Green).
Primary Font: Nexa Bold (for headings).
Style: Professional, minimalist, nature-inspired, plenty of white space.
Key Sections Needed (All on one page):
Header: Logo + Navigation (Events, About, Gallery, Contact) + Language Switcher (HU/RO).
Hero: Main slogan + Call-to-action button for the next workshop.
Events Calendar: Integration of "The Events Calendar" or "Modern Events Calendar Lite". I need a clean grid display for upcoming workshops.
About Us: Using our "Learn – Link – Create" vision (texts provided).
Registration Form: A built-in form (Elementor Forms or WPForms) to collect Name, Email, Phone, and Payment Method (Transfer/Cash).
Auto-Responder: An automated email must be sent to the user upon registration with bank transfer details.
Gallery & Contact: A simple image grid and a footer with contact info + Google Maps.
Technical Requirements:
Bilingual: Setup using a free plugin (TranslatePress or Polylang). I will provide all texts.
Reusable: I need to be able to add new events/workshops myself without coding.
Mobile Responsive: Must look perfect on all devices.
