Bilingual RTL WordPress Membership

I need a WordPress site that works flawlessly in both Arabic (RTL) and English. All templates, widgets, and custom elements have to render right-to-left when Arabic is chosen while keeping standard left-to-right behaviour for English.

The core of the project is a membership system. I will offer 2 clearly defined tiers, each unlocking its own set of pages, downloads, or course material. Please set up the membership plugin we will agreed on, (bring your recommendation). configure the tiers, design the sign-up / login flow, and make sure upgrades and downgrades function without data loss.

Although WPML or similar tools could simplify the bilingual side, I am open to your recommendation as long as switching languages is effortless and SEO-friendly.

7- Blog / Resource Hub: Bilingual article listing, category filters, Arabic-first typography, strong readability
8- Contact Bilingual contact form, social media links, response time expectation

Terms of Use
Membership terms, digital product terms, refund policy — Ontario consumer protection compliant

What Your Quote Must Include
Your name, business name, location in Canada, and years of WordPress experience.
Portfolio links — minimum one live Arabic RTL WordPress site you designed and built. Include URL and brief description of your role.
Fixed price for the complete design and build scope (Sections 3A, 3B, and 3C). Itemize by: design fees, membership/technical setup, migration, DNS/email setup, and QA.
Annual maintenance quote — separate line item. Define exactly what is included: plugin updates, content edits (how many hours?), security monitoring, uptime checks.
Confirmation that you can begin May 6, 2026 and deliver a live site by May 15, 2026.
Your preferred payment terms — standard is 50% on contract signing, 50% on go-live confirmation.
