Bilingual Data Entry Web Platform

I’m building a new change-communication training tool called Inside Engine and need a web-based platform that lets participants submit their work while giving me live insight into what everyone is doing.

Core requirements
• Web platform only—no native mobile build for now.
• Forms must handle two input types: free-text responses and multiple-choice answers.
• The trainer dashboard shows each entry in real time so I can instantly track progress and step in when needed.
• Interface and database fields need to support two languages from day one (German / English), with an easy way to add more later.
• Secure user accounts for trainers and participants, plus basic admin controls (add users, reset passwords, download data).
• Clean, exportable data (CSV or XLS) for post-session analysis.
