K-Beauty Academy Booking Website

I need a clean, modern website that lets students easily book and schedule our K-Beauty academy classes. The platform must support both in-person and online sessions, allowing visitors to see available time slots, reserve a seat, and instantly receive automated email or text reminders for every booking they make.

Core requirements
• Responsive front-end that reflects our academy’s aesthetic (soft colors, elegant typography, professional imagery).
• Class catalogue divided into in-person and online offerings, each with its own description, duration, price, and instructor profile.
• Integrated booking engine that:
– Displays real-time availability per class.
– Captures basic student information at checkout.
– Triggers automated reminders with class details and any prep instructions.
• Admin dashboard where I can:
– Add, edit, or cancel classes quickly.
– View attendee lists and export them to CSV.
– Adjust reminder templates without touching code.
• Simple reporting screen showing total bookings per class and monthly attendance.

Nice-to-have (not mandatory but note if you can include)
• Calendar or agenda view for students.
• Secure payment processing for class fees.

Tech notes
I’m flexible on CMS or framework—WordPress with a robust booking plugin, Shopify app integration, or a custom React + Firebase build are all possibilities. Just outline why you’d choose your stack, how it scales, and what ongoing maintenance looks like.
