Project Scope
User Registration & Login
• Custom registration form: First Name, Last Name, Phone, Address, Email, Password
• User dashboard to manage:
• Profile information (editable)
• Participants (children)
• Password change
• Booking history
• Waiver status
Participant Management
• Add/remove participants
• Required fields: Name, Age, Emergency Contact
• Waiver tracking per participant (Yes/No status)
• Waivers must be signed before checkout
Booking System
• Booking types: Cage 1, Cage 2, Private Lessons, Team Rentals
• Conflict prevention logic:
• Team Rental blocks Cage 1 and Cage 2
• Private Lessons block Team Rental, but Cage 2 remains available
• Select date, time, participant, coach (if applicable)
• Booking only finalizes once waiver is signed and payment is received
Payment Integration
• Accept major payment options including Apple Pay, Venmo, and credit/debit cards
• Require waiver to be completed prior to payment
Notifications
• After successful booking, send email and SMS notifications to:
• The customer
• Include participant name, date, and time in the message
• Automatic text reminders 24 hours before each booking
Admin Features
• Add/remove coaches
• Set coach availability
• Manual booking with waiver override capability
• Ability to disable user accounts
• View and export waiver records with details:
• Participant Name
• Parent/Guardian (Account Holder)
• Age
• Waiver Status (Color-coded: Green for Yes, Red for No)
• Daily/Weekly calendar view of all bookings
