Basketball Community Social Network/livescore/calendar Development

A website developed in php on a framework (preferably laravel) that is a sort of Social network for the basketball community in Italy. It must have:
- profiles (player, coach, manager, referee, teams, clubs...)
- authorization (to update and manage players, results, team data...). you can update only your team data
- club pages (each club has it's own page and shows different teams and categories). for example, club A has 5 teams in different championships
- calendars: each team and each club must have a calendar with matches and results with singolar scores of players. Important: think a function to get automatically the calendars from the web
- Full list of clubs and team downloaded/scraped online
- chat/direct messages function among profiles
- groups: create specific groups where admin manage and people can get in (open or by approval)
- notification: allow notification if some news are published (results, news, updates...)
- livescore.com style page with main games of the day/week, browsable and with live results manage by profiles admin
