Basic Study Platform Website

I’m looking for a developer who can put together a lean, end-to-end online study platform. The goal is a working Minimum Viable Product that covers the essentials without over-engineering.

Core scope
• Front-end and back-end set-up from scratch
• Video tutorials section where I can upload or embed lessons
• Quizzes and assessments that track scores automatically
• Separate dashboards for students and teachers
• Secure sign-up / log-in for both user types

I’m flexible on tech stack—feel free to suggest the quickest route to launch (for example, React + Node, Django, Laravel, or any lightweight alternative you prefer). Clean, well-commented code and a short hand-off guide are important so I can maintain the site after delivery.
