QR-Based Restaurant Ordering System

Hi there,
I run a small restaurant/cafe combo (indoor seating + a small patio), and I’m finally ready to stop running around with paper notepads. I need someone to build a simple, clean QR code ordering system for my customers.
What I’m looking for:
Customers scan a QR code at the table, see the menu, order, and pay. That’s the core of it. I don’t need a huge complicated POS system, but I do need it to be easy for my staff to manage.
Specific features I need:
Menu Management: I need to be able to edit the menu myself (prices, descriptions, mark items as “sold out”) without having to ask a developer every time. A simple admin dashboard would be ideal.
Order Flow: When a customer orders, the order needs to go to the kitchen printer (or a dedicated tablet in the kitchen). I don’t want staff having to re-enter orders into a separate system.
Payment: Integrated with local payment gateway. I currently use [e.g., Stripe/PayPal/Paytm/etc.], but I’m open to suggestions if you have a better solution for my region.
Table Management: The QR codes should be table-specific so the kitchen knows where the food is going without asking the customer to type in a table number.
Customer Side: No app downloads. It needs to work smoothly on a phone browser. I don’t want customers getting frustrated and just waving me down instead.
Nice to have (but not a dealbreaker):
If the system can handle both “dine-in” and “takeaway” orders through the same QR flow, that would be great. Also, a simple loyalty feature (like “order 5 coffees get 1 free”) would be cool down the road, but I’m focused on getting the basics up and running first.
About my setup:
I currently have a Square POS for payments but I’m open to switching if your solution is better. I have a dedicated WiFi network in the restaurant.
Budget: I’m flexible. I’d rather pay for something stable and easy to maintain than a cheap mess that breaks during lunch rush.
Timeline: Ideally within 2-3 weeks. I want to launch this before the summer crowd hits.
Please share examples of similar systems you’ve built before. If you have experience with restaurant workflows (kitchen printers, etc.), mention that in your bid.
